Our Distribution Centre is working hard to ensure timely deliveries for all orders. Due to the large number of orders they are handling, dispatch times can be 1-2 days longer than our usual same day or next day service levels.

Leading up to Christmas, Asendia, our regular mail service has advised sending gifts as early as possible.

We offer an Express Tracked Service with DPD or Parcelforce for customers requiring a faster delivery. Please appreciate that this is a busy time of year for everybody. All mail services are overloaded at this time of year so longer delivery times are to be expected. It is advisable to use our Express Services for a faster delivery.
